Areas of expertise

Health Certificate: Provide a 360° video of the plant before shipping to confirm it is free of pests and diseases.

Packaging system: patented fixing bracket + thickened insulation layer to ensure "no motion sickness".

The life changes it brings.

The growth of a Fiddle Leaf Fig is a slow narrative measured in "years." This year it reaches your waist, next year your shoulder, and the year after you'll need to look up at it. Those newly unfurled leaves are like green periods, marking the time you've spent together.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a beginner, what do you recommend I grow?

Start with the "Phoenix" combination: Snake Plant, Pothos, Money Tree. They are drought-tolerant, shade-tolerant, and purify the air. Click here to get the "Newbie Peace of Mind Combination"

What should I pay attention to after the plant arrives home?

The first week is the "rest and adaptation period": place it in a bright, indirect light, do not fertilize, and water only when the soil is dry. It's like a friend just arriving at your home, let it get used to the environment first.

How often should I water?

This is the most common misconception! There is no fixed cycle. Please use the "soil moisture test card" we provide, or feel the soil by inserting two finger joints. Remember: most plants die from too much love (overwatering).

How to make plants grow more lush?

In spring, apply slow-release fertilizer (we've pre-buried it), and repot every 1-2 years. Most importantly: talk to it often (really, plants react to CO2 concentration)

What to do if the condition is poor or the plant dies upon arrival?

Within 72 hours of arrival: Please unbox and take photos/videos. If there is severe damage, more than 30% leaf drop, or the plant has fallen over, please contact customer service. We will reship for free or provide a full refund.

Will plants get pests? What to do if they do?

We will provide targeted homemade formulas (such as alcohol swabs, dish soap water, etc.) or recommend pet-friendly low-toxicity agents. Our consultants will guide you throughout the process until the pest infestation is cleared.
